  1. Field client requests via ticketing system, email and/or phone and Understanding and interpret client requests accurately

2. Monitor and prioritize Level 2 and 3 tickets, ensuring you Escalate unresolvable tickets to management for appropriate action

3. Provide support for assigned software applications along with remote training for clients
