Today we worked on touch typing practice, followed by doing practice with 3CX and warm call transfers. We had some issues with getting to the chatroom in 3CX, and in the 2nd round we had to work with an instructor in our group. It ended up being difficult to coordinate because of how busy everyone was. Finally, we worked on written customer service responses for Power of Wellness. It was nice to be able to finish the assignment before the end of the day.
