These are some of the skills you will need for the job
- · Responding to service requests to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair software, networking, and hardware issues for printers and preventative maintenance and calibration on a variety of printer, desktop, and hand MFP repair
- · Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to printers and medical carts (i.e., paper jams, connectivity issues, and print quality concerns)
- · Install and configure new printers as well as keeping accurate records of helpdesk tickets and service calls, including details of repairs, parts, and time spent on each service call
