We are seeking a diligent and reliable Subcontractor Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks within the Subcontracting Department. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Contractor and customer communication, communicating with contractors regarding follow-up on estimates/start dates/etc., communicating with customers regarding follow-up on job completion/scheduling/etc., monitoring subcontracting email, monitoring Textey conversations, and answering phone calls.
