Store Customer Service Specialist (Part-Time, On-Site, Belmont)

Sherwin-Williams is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to help in their goal to deliver the best in paints, coatings and related products to the world. They want someone who has prior experience working with paints, and mixing equipment, and is bilingual in Spanish. The responsibilities include excellent customer satisfaction through sales, assist customers in person and over the phone with products and services, build relationships with customers, process sales accurately and achieve sales goals, pull appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed, stock shelves and set up displays, clean store equipment, load and unload delivery trucks, assist with deliveries, maintain assigned areas, and comply with inventory control procedures. Must be able to occasionally carry up to 70 lbs, have a California driver’s license, and at least one year’s experience working in delivery, retail, or a customer service position.
