Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Remote)

CVS Pharmacy is looking for a knowledgeable, trusted, advocate to provide innovative, proactive and compassionate service to their members. This position’s responsibilities include answering inquiries from members via inbound calls, internet inquiries, and written correspondence, dealing compassionately through one-on-one careful listening and patience, ongoing training and self-development, working independently, and collaborating with team members, multitasking while resolving complex issues, and providing effective written and verbal communication. They want someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English, and has experience in customer service, preferably with health insurance and with the senior population. The pay rate ranges from $17.00 – $31.30 / hr.
