- Ability to explain technology in an easily understood manner in one on one, small and large group situations.
- · Assists residents with a diverse range of personal technologies including: computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and printers, smart speakers and smart home devices.
- · Assists and/or trains residents to use technology applications and programs.
