This is a temporary Fulltime position for a government agency performing administrative duties;
Duties
- Assist with travel arrangements and manage travel documents
- Maintain time and attendance records
- Assist with procurement and budget activities
- Handle accountable property, facilities, mail, supplies, and records
- Use various office software and databases to run reports and manage data
- Communicate clearly through emails, memos, and reports
Minimum Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain a government travel credit card
- Pass a background investigation and credit check
- One year of experience in administrative tasks like travel, payroll, procurement, or records management
- Proficiency in office software like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
