This entry-level role provides an opportunity to directly assist individuals using Medicaid self-directed services and their caregivers.
As a CSR I, you’ll be the primary point of contact, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about the program. While prior experience isn’t required, familiarity with Medicaid is a plus.
