This is an entry-level customer service representative role for a financial services company.
The main duties are to answer phone calls (75-125 per day) and assist members with their banking needs (account inquiries, deposits, etc.). You’ll also be offering additional services that could benefit the customer.
You’ll need strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for helping people. Experience in financial services is a plus, but not required.
