This IT help desk role troubleshoots tech issues (desktops, networks, healthcare apps) for internal users. You’ll need 6+ months experience (or relevant certifications) and strong skills in:
- Troubleshooting computers, networks & Windows software
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) & documentation
- Customer service (active listening, problem-solving)
- Working a standard schedule (with some flexibility)
- High school diploma/GED (technical training a plus)
