Remote FT Contract: IT Service Desk Professional

This IT help desk role troubleshoots tech issues (desktops, networks, healthcare apps) for internal users. You’ll need 6+ months experience (or relevant certifications) and strong skills in:

  • Troubleshooting computers, networks & Windows software
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) & documentation
  • Customer service (active listening, problem-solving)
  • Working a standard schedule (with some flexibility)
  • High school diploma/GED (technical training a plus)
