Remote Customer Service (Full-Time, Remote)

TDB Communications, Inc. is looking for a remote customer service representative and will offer training services with their tools to achieve the high quality service they need. You will be asked to troubleshoot customer issues, answer phone calls in an automated system, forward calls, research member inquiries, use a ticketing system, communicate with personnel, management, and customers, help callers with online applications, and follow scheduling. They require minimum internet speeds, 60+ mbps download speed and 6+ mpbs upload speed, as reported by speedtest.net. They expect some experience in customer service, excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and as a team. Pay rate is $18 /hr.
