They are looking for someone to answer all calls and provide exceptional customer service for visitors, some mild customer assistance with opening troubleshooting tickets, helping to order supplies, stock, and set up for meetings, mail services with cross-training, ensure visitors complete and sign the corporation’s NDAA, log visitors into the system, activate badges for employees, route calls, escalate issues as needed, update phone lists, handle training a back-up, follow up on loaned access cards, maintain the reception area, and strategically determine when additional support is needed.
