8/27/24 What I Did Today

I typed 34 w.p.m.. Did the telephone 2-person practice scenarios with Jose and 3-person scenarios with David and Glenn. I worked on creating and leaving voicemail messages for callers who called in. At the end of the Day, I practiced message-taking skills by listening to the caller who left a message on an answering machine and wrote down the message for giving to the person to who the call was addressed to. I also received the accountability assignment that requires calling stores and then rating the customer service received.

What I did today

Today was a busy day. Individually, we had meetings to check up on how we are doing in the CTP Pro Classes. Then we were role-playing using the 3CX phone to use warm, and cold transfers and how to use our phone etiquette. Then we were working on Message Taking Practice.

What I did today

Today, I learned how to craft effective written Customer Service Responses. We also practiced using the 3CX phone system, focusing on receiving and transferring calls. I’m still working on memorizing all the phone button functions.

What I Did Today

Today I did some more practice with 3cx. I also did my core check in. Towards the end I answered some message questions. Looks like we did some practice thinking on our feet. In conclusion, I feel like today was productive.

What I Did Today

I added many great job fairs, jobs, and career events on the CTP job board. I also added a few good songs to the CTP Event Playlist. I had an opportunity to work on the ERG Research Project as well. I have learned many different and new skills with each project. My skills list has grown since I started my internship with CTP.
