Today I did some review. I think I am gaining an edge on Excel. The instructors helped to explain some navigation tools. Through review of the independent challenge and an explanation of formulas, I think this is something I can build upon. Afterwards, I did some customer service responses. This was a little challenging but I was able to navigate through. On top of thinking of some clever responses, I also have first hand customer service experience. In conclusion, we did an end of the month reflection. Since this is my third month, tomorrow is graduation. Oh my goodness, this went by fast. But of course the real challenge is now reaching out for the position I’ve been trying to obtain. Wish me luck, here I go.
What I Did Today
I posted jobs on the CTP job board. I met with Carrie for my weekly check-in. I had the opportunity to work on the ERG Research Project. Some days it’s very easy to find contact information for businesses other days it can take a lot of research just to find an email address. But in the end, it’s all worth it.
What I did today
Today I started by practicing my typing exercises and hit a personal best of 60 wpm. We then went over the Independent challenge that we did on Monday and practiced the formulas needed for that challenge. After that, we worked on customer service responses and looked at the Rose Bud Thorn end-of-the-month exercise.
What I did today
Today we worked on Written Customer Service Responses. We went over the challenge results that we had the other day. I learned yet more about how to fill out a spreadsheet the same as the example and how to use the formulas. I learned how to use Ctrl to highlight several cells and use a specific function. Today was very informational and I’ll try to practice this information as much as possible.
What I did today.
I finally started understanding spreadsheets. I did all of todays assignments, hopefully they were satisfactory.
What I did Today!
Today I got to learn more about formulas on google sheets. I also got to work on written responses.
