8/28/24 What I Did Today
I typed 36 W.P.M.. I completed and submitted the message-taking exercise I started yesterday. That was fun. Jose went over the personal challenge Google sheet exercise. He did it from the beginning to illustrate what we were supposed to do. I found it very helpful. Marc then followed up giving us a practice exercise. I had the opportunity to put into practice what Jose illustrated. That also was very helpful. I now think I have a better handle on the formulas. I also began the exercise on customer service response. I worked up to the Feedback 4 scenario. I also completed and submitted in an e-mail my rose, bud, and thorn reflections on this month’s projects. I also submitted a screenshot of my Google calendar with the reminder for my Accountability project.
