What I did today.

Today was a very productive day. It started with practicing typing skills using Monkeytype. Then, I worked on basic phone skills, understanding how a business phone system works, and practiced various scenarios. I also set up a professional signature for my email. In addition, I worked on writing professional emails and assignments to test informal and formal email writing.

9/24/24 What I Did Today

I typed 40 WPM with 95% accuracy. I practiced on the 3CX phone system doing hot and cold calls. I submitted a screenshot of a reminder for my accountability project that is due Thursday. I learned how to manage my navigation bar better thanks to Marc. And I learned how to include a cursive signature in e-mails thanks to Marc and Jose.

What I did Today!

Today I got to practice making phone calls. I got to practice putting people on hold and transferring the calls. I also got to setup my singnature in my professional email, and practice writing professional emails.

What I Did Today

Today I started with some job postings for the new students, as well as supplying Carrie with information related to my offboarding. I did some research into my last contributions to the CTP event playlist, but was unable to complete them before leaving for my doctor’s appointment. Plenty of time tomorrow, though!
