— Helped a classmate who was struggling by walking them through the process and doing some extra communication with them . They improved a lot afterwards. I really like teaching people 🙂

– Completed paperwork for the internship. I need to deliver it and then I’ll be ready to start right after graduating from CTT.
– Called in sick to volunteering this week so the guy who runs it has time to get a replacement.
I found 3 job listings for the CTP website. Afterward, I found 2 new entries for the emergency food list on my last 2 hours. I found both of the food list entries by using findhelp.org to find organizations, and research them more on Google.
Today we worked on typing practice. We worked on phone call transfers and attended phone call transfers. We learned how to login to Percipio platform.

15 minutes of typing, I did Rose, Bud Thorn and then we practiced 3CX phone system, I recorded my Core Portfolio and got logged into percipio
Today we all did an activity of doing scenarios that the instructor gave us. From scenario 1 to 5 for part 1. And then we did part 2 of the scenario. I would want to do it again.
We worked on 3CX phone’s. We did warm and cold transfers, we placed callers in voicemail.
We received Percipio info. to start using it instead of Skillsoft.
Worked further on customer service job listings for the Redding, Yuba City and the Bay Area. Then continued working on the Food Bank spreadsheet, focusing on Santa Barbara County. Received a new assignment to start on the DEI companies spreadsheet, starting tomorrow.
