What I learned in Pro today

Today was a fun day, I got to navigate around in Salesforce CRM. I put together a mock account, which was quite fun. I read a lot before actually doing the account. I also did some Skillsoft assignments and will be doing more after class. Thanks for a good day.

What I did today

Today we went over the Lab for the week. This week I will be continuing the Coding and Web Server Lab. The rest of the day was spent recalling where I was in the lab and attempting to make progress in learning HTML coding.

What I did today.

Created two desktops on virtual machine using Ubuntu and Debian ISO’s. Started working on creating a Windows 10 VM using Virtual Box. Once I was able to memorize the process of creating the desktop on VM seems less complicated. Using the OSTicket to document the summary and steps helps with the process.I created two desktops on a virtual machine using Ubuntu and Debian ISOs. 9/9/24 What I Did Today

I submitted my Skillsoft course addressing Customer Service Mindset and Attitude. I received a 100% grade on my test. I also began to work on my portfolio. However, though I am pleased with how it is going I still wish I could add background music. But Marc said that that would involve possible copyright violations. So I might have to just live with that.
