What I Did Today

Today I posted 3 viable job listings to the CTP skill center page, followed by some research into ERG Outreach links. I spent the rest of the time discussing the Slides presentation project with the other associates, and we worked on various slides together as a group. We discussed several finishing touches that are needed for the first draft of the project. I am very glad to have the opportunity to practice group management skills with this project, although admittedly I think I got carried away with just touching up details on my own today.

Executive Assistant (Part-Time, On-Site, Berkeley)

Ikenga Wines is looking to launch their wine company, and you would have the opportunity to play a role as an executive assistant. They are looking for someone to handle operations such as calendaring and scheduling, as well as providing general administrative support. You would assist in organizing activities and meetings, booking venues, and arranging logistics. You would manage remote tasks, including data entry and visualization, you would handle coordinating team projects, you would act as a primary point of contact, both internally and externally and handle reports and emails, and you would assist in planning events, both in-person and virtually.
