What I did today.

I worked on phone calls with Anna and Fred, What a great time that was. I completed today’s assignments. Learned a lot from Jose and Marc. Feeling good about my progress and effort. Compliments to Stacey for the conference call.

What I did Today

Today started with practicing my typing. We then went on to practice our customer service with 3cx phone systems. After this, I recorded the audio for my Core Services portfolio. For the last part of the day I worked on the Rose, Bud, Thorn exercise.

What I Did Today

Today I started out with some job postings for the students, and then made my last additions to the Event Soundtrack playlist. After that I reached out to several companies as part of the ERG Outreach project. This is my second-to-last day in AWEX, and while it’s bittersweet saying goodbye, I really appreciate this opportunity, and I hope I can look back and say I made the most of it.

What I did Today!

Today I got to practice more on how to use the 3CX app, I feel like I’m getting better at transfering calls. I also got to work on proffesional responses to customers. Today I typed 68 WPM, practicing my typing is making my WPM go up little by little.

What I Did Today

Today I spent the first hour posting job listings to CTP’s skill center, and I focused primarily on remote jobs. Many jobs claim to be remote but actually require travel on further inspection, so I have to look more carefully to find ones that are fully remote. I then had a check-in with Carrie, and she assigned me a new long-term project to do ERG research and find company contact info. I struggled to get started with it at first, partially because many companies don’t make it easy to find a general business contact, and partially because I had to ask a lot of clarifying questions about the project. Overall I am starting to get the hang of it. Other associates and staff were both very helpful and patient with me today.
