Today was another great and productive day. I spent the first 15 minutes improving my typing skills with Monkeytype. My words per minute (WPM) have increased from the low 40s to the high 40s, with the last one at 51 with a 99% accuracy. The rest of the day, I worked on the POW Google Slide presentation. It was challenging to work on the various text, animation, and slide options. Finally, we presented the slideshow to the class.
Today, 10/02/2024 in PRO…
Today was a great day to learn new things and finish the old ones that you just thought you were unable to do. I finished my Slides presentation, that was a great accomplishment for me because way back in CE, it was something that I never wanted to begin and look at me today. I have learned to put my best foot forward and do it. I think my next go around with Slides, I will be able to tweak my slides and have fun.
What I did today
Today I learned about POW “Power of Fitness” where they are and what they offer. I prepared a slideshow about POW to encourage others to join. I shared my slideshow and watched others present their slideshow as well. All in all a fun day!

What I Did Today
Today I started by posting job listings to CTP’s skill center for the first hour. It was nice to say “Hello” to everyone when the Zoom meeting started, as most of my day can feel isolating sometimes. Then I worked on ERG research for the next hour or so, leading into the check-in meeting. Carrie assigned me and some other associates a project, and I was asked to be in charge of leading it. I am excited about the opportunity to be creative and work on a team, and I spent most of the rest of the time preparing a shared document for us to discuss ideas for the project. We planned to have daily meetings in the middle of our shifts until it gets done.
