The class did some role playing in Sunshine Express. When I was the upset customer I took that oppertunity to act like I never would in public. Rude and loud. It was a blast.
We also completed e-mails that were in response to customers. All the typing got my wrist hurting, so what I learned was use the wrist pad that I have….
I did 15 minutes of typing, we did customer service role playing and then did customer complaints. This is my last blog because I am graduating today. What a great spectacular day……
