What I Did Today

I did my month ending 3-minute typing test and scored 60wpm which I was about.

In class, we role played customer/employee scenarios.

I started on an assignment using the wrong document – not too happy about that.

What I did today

was I got my best typing speed 51 wpm.

The class did some role playing in Sunshine Express. When I was the upset customer I took that oppertunity to act like I never would in public. Rude and loud. It was a blast.

We also completed e-mails that were in response to customers. All the typing got my wrist hurting, so what I learned was use the wrist pad that I have….

What I Did Today

– Still sick. Still showed up.
– Graduation Day
— I’ll miss Carrie she’s great.
– Still did pretty well on Skillsoft this week despite the weird Monday.
– I’m so tired.
– Customer service scripts
— I’ve been a barista before so nothing too new.
