Rising Sun Center for Opportunity is excited to host a networking and mock interview event for Opportunity Build participants and graduates. This is a fantastic chance for contractors and union representatives to connect with qualified local talent and build their workforce.

What I did today.

Today, I began with a few minutes of typing practice using MonkeyType. After that, Carrie presented a session on job searching, discussing various websites such as Indeed, Monster, and Dice. I then explored these sites to find jobs that I qualify for. Finally, I practiced answering interview questions.

What I did today

I’ve done my EFG and my AO as well as my job posts. EFG I feel I did ok not great or anything, but it was fine. My AO I haven’t found one person on Indeed but ill keep at it and job posts are good, though I was told I should not copy and past anything, so I won’t do that. All in all I feel like I did my part and I hope Everyone dose their best.

What I Did Today

Today I started out with some job postings for the students, and then I did a group meeting with Carrie. Always nice to get feedback ๐Ÿ™‚ After that I worked on the ERG Outreach project, where I contacted another good chunk of the spreadsheet. After struggling with this project for a while, I really feel like I have it down now! Feels good!

What I did today.

Today, we began by presenting technology articles in CTT. Next, we practiced responding to customer inquiries in writing. This was helpful in learning how to address customer concerns without upsetting or ignoring them. We then celebrated my graduation from CTT as we prepare to move on to SJS.
