What I Did Today
I did my usual AWEX task. When I was looking for new entries for the emergency food list, I was only able to find a new entry in Napa County, so we have 4 entries for that county now.
WHAT I DID TODAY…
Today we did, “POW Written Customer Service Responses”. When I came back to class we did “PRO Managing Phone Calls POW!” It seemed like today went really fast. We went through each scenario and did not rotate, so I think next time we will rotate to ensure that everyone gets to be a caller.
What I did Today?
Today we practiced typing. Then we did the power of wellness written customer responses. One classmate was discussing with the instructor how to download the resumes for the Indeed website. I think that was helpful to follow and understand, since I also have Indeed and have been looking for a different type of occupation. Lastly, I did the managing phone calls with warm transfer by way of Micro Sip, by practicing with two people.
What I did today
Today we are doing a new assignment to use the MicroSIP more. Then we did the scenarios but, it’s different scenario acts about POW.
What I did today
Happy I was able to attend…. I got one of my best typing speeds 52 wpm.
I received clarification on Google docs on saving docs to my desktop.
We worked on e-mails to customers.
Then we working on the warm transfers.
