As a Smart Vending Machine Tech, you will be a valuable asset to our customer support team with your core skills in English, a passion for electro-mechanical things, and minor electrical experience.

These are some of the skills you will need for the job

1. Final assembly work on Smart Vending Machines. Configuring dispensing trays, installing computers, payment terminals, and plugging everything in to their correct location.
2. Must be familiar with Android and Windows operating systems for setting up machines. Specifics can be taught but general knowledge of how to navigate would be helpful.

The Technology Service Center (TSC) is responsible for managing day-to-day support tickets and service requests, providing end-user support for systems and applications, and escalating incidents as needed. The position focuses on resolving end-user issues quickly, achieving first call resolution (FCR), and handling incident assignment and submission efficiently.

These are some of the responsibilities you will have at the job.

1. Deploy and maintain computer, IP phone, scanner, and other peripherals.
2. Basic network printing support.
3. Build, maintain, and image desktop hardware and replace or upgrade legacy hardware.
4. Test new applications and operating systems for compatibility.
