I sent out fifteen (15) letters (some via email and some via online form) for the Graduation Gift Sponsorship project. All letters sent were noted on the Sponsorship spreadsheet. In addition to the letters I sent, I made spreadsheet notations for (4) contacts that needed to be made by phone.
