Today we reviewed the e-mail functions, how to set up signatures, and have a professional look
at the mail in general. The fix this letter exercise was pretty cool this time around. I was actually able to finish the exercise in a timely manner.

Today was a productive day of training for me. I started by reviewing the Standing Assignments, which helped me gain a better understanding of my responsibilities. I then moved on to Desktop Software Setup, where I learned how to set up WireGuard and RDP. Connecting to CTP’s network was a bit challenging, but I managed to do it successfully.
Afterward, I got started with Ticket Systems and learned the basics of how to use them effectively. Finally, I delved into AI writing tools and was amazed by the possibilities they offer. By the end of the day, I felt like I had learned a lot and accomplished a great deal. I’m excited to see what I will learn tomorrow!
We went over expectations and covered Accountibility, Skillsoft, and professional call-off and e-mail
for late or calling in absent. Set up our calendar reminders for assignment-due reminders.
Today I went through the Core Training Orientation. I also started working on the CTT Setup Labs. Tomorrow I will continue working on CTT projects.
Today we looked at Cover letters and did follow-up interview Emails and follow-up phone calls. As well as job interview questions. I feel like this is very valuable and is a good thought-provoking exercise.
Took a 3-minute typing test. We watched a video on paying 3 kinds of attention when doing customer service.
we will be listening and watching graduation portfolios in a little while.
We worked on responding to customer reactions to store services, faulty products, and store experiences(positive and negative). Valuable to me as we move forward.
More phone practice. I liked the taking notes part. I am glad about the backspace and rewind buttons. I suspect that I will be using those buttons less often as I gain more experience.
Business phone protocols and practice. Fun day. Touch typing practice. Hanging in at 16 WPM
Job search websites and filling out more resume polishing. Also, cover sheet practice. Touch typing
and I seem to hover around 15 WPM. Keeping at it.
