Today I went to employment services and did a 1-hour sexual harassment test, and then did some interview Q&A.

Today, I did a Sexual Harassment Training course. The Sexual Harassment Training course was long and detailed. I also reviewed my mock interview evaluation score. Later, I practiced my interview questions and answers.

I added additional entries to the Job Postings page. I applied for two positions as well. I completed and made the necessary notations regarding the CRA project. I spent some time working on the Microsoft 365 tutorial on Skillsoft.
What I Did Today
Today, I did a 3-minute timed test because it is the end of the month. Later, I worked on responding to customers from Sunshine Express. Some of the customers were not happy with their experience, while other customers were extremely happy with their experience. In addition, one customer needed a refund due to the store messing up an order.

I listened to some CTT students share their tech news articles and did some Sunshine Express customer service responses.

Hello to you all this Thursday. We started a little typing practice, to prepare to give our confirmed typing test total. Then we worked on writing a positive statement for our upcoming Core Celebration event today. To complete our class day; they assigned us to work on customer relation responses to issues or good words given by potential customers. I enjoyed working on ways to respond in ways pleasing to the customer and the company. Ready to take a break and then discover what the Core Celebration is like?!
