They are looking for someone to answer phones in a multi-line system, get to know the clientele and their pets, record accurate notes in medical records, schedule appointments, screen and route calls, maintain a clean environment, answer client questions, update records, receive specimens for lab analysis, foster relationships, discuss financial policies with customers, and collect payment. They want someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, has computer literacy and clerical accuracy, is flexible and has a positive, empathetic, and patient mindset with exceptional customer service skills, and can work as a team. The pay rate ranges from $20 – $26 / hr.

What I did today.
This week, we focused on the Power of Wellness Phone Systems and Customer Service. We ensured that our phone setup was functioning properly with the 3CX phone system. Then, we worked on Independent Challenges Parts 1, 2, and 3, which tested our skills in Web Browser Setup, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
What I did today
Worked in the PRO/CTT joint session. Set up new 3CX access. Did the individual web/pages/sheets challenge.
Today in PRO
We did our Independent Challenge today and it was all good until the very last challenge. I know that I can do it, it will just take a little bit of time to get the formulas down. But it will take practice. Overall the class was good.
What I did Today!
Today I didn’t do to good on my typing. I got 56 WPM and 95% accuracy. I also got to work on the first challenge with that is a refresher for me. I got to complete my skillsoft assignment and turn it in. I got a 81% on my skillsoft course test.

Today we did an Independent Challenge assignment that was like a test for google docs and spreadsheets. It was fun and not too difficult, I enjoyed it!

Today we worked on setting up the 3CX account. I had to leave early and didn’t finish the challenge.
