Job Summary:

  • Customer Care Coordinators are primarily responsible for ensuring the company delivers a timely and efficient onboarding experience for new clients. Works in parallel and is cross-trained to help support the Customer Care Specialist in delivering the highest level of customer service possible. Develops rapport with existing customers while developing new client relationships. Supports clinics, sales representatives, and internal staff members in resolving problems and answering inquiries.

What I did today

Today, we listened to a Core Orientation presentation and then worked on a Google Sheets assignment regarding the sale and distribution of Girl Scout cookies. I think I did well.

We also received our accountability assignment and got started with our monthly emails. Toward the end of the day, I selected my tech article for this week, one regarding Google Chrome’s adblocker policy.

What I did today

Today I added additional entries to the Job Postings list. All were Administrative Assistant positions with competitive wages and some benefits. I also sent additional outreach letters to California banks. I applied for a couple of positions myself.

What I Did Today

Managed 2 job listings. One of the listings on Indeed was very difficult to make a link for as it would only let ME apply. Moved on to a new listing and returned to Indeed and worked out the problem. Persistence paid off and I was able to complete the listing. I then moved on to Skillsoft working and finding Files course. And wouldn’t you know, we had a power failure and I lost my Internet connection.

Power returned at about 11:30 and that was just about it.
