The Customer Service Representative – Seasonal (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client’s products and/or services.

What I did today…

Today we focused on our interviewing skills. I worked on learning and refining my answers to the Interview Questions; which caused some introspection and self-awareness and discoveries. It was not a comfortable feeling practicing interviewing on video, but a necessary step toward getting myself to a better future. Thank you

What I Did Today

I reviewed my resume and LinkedIn profile to update the information further. One of the tools I used to improve my resume was Chat GTP. Chat GTP is a good resource to have. We also had brief mock interviews with the instructor.

What I did today

Today I added more entries to the Job Postings List. I applied for 2 positions. I struggled with understanding the Trailhead tutorial and received enlightenment from Jose. I added an additional entry to the Graduation Sponsorship project. I will send out a corresponding letter on Monday.
