EDUCATION

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Work experience that demonstrates an ability to successfully complete the job requirements
  • 1-3 years in Customer Service facing role within an office setting

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with outside departments, customers, superintendents, and builders

What I did today

Today I added additional entries to the Job Postings List. I met with Carrie to get more clarification regarding the project on which I am working. I sent out seven letters on behalf of the Graduation Gift Sponsorship project. I made notations on the Sponsorship spreadsheet noting those organizations to be contacted by phone.

Today I got back into my normal routine of job posting, SkillSoft, and Typing practice. I have been able to improve my ability to spot good job listings, select pertinent data, and transfer it over to my blog. I have made a slight gain in my typing speed and am working on a breakthrough.
