As a Front Desk Agent, you welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle online and phone reservations. You provide detailed information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, amenities, and the local Yountville and Napa Valley area. Responsibilities include verifying payment methods, registering guests, addressing complaints professionally, coordinating with housekeeping, and confirming group reservations. You also help arrange personalized services, upsell additional amenities when appropriate, and maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
8 hour shift, weekends only, overtime when needed.
Listed pay is: $20.50 to $21.75 an hour
