What I did today…

First I was reviewed on our Independent work project yesterday that I did not finish, nor was I happy about. Learning in the beginning can be fun and not such fun.

Today we worked on learning and practically practicing making calls using the 3CX system. Also, we practiced professionally taking phone messages.

What I Did Today

We practiced a few phone scripts using the 3CX Phone System today. Later, we practiced taking messages from recorded voicemails. When you’re practicing taking messages, you need to gather all the important information from the voicemail and write it down. The voicemails contain several tones and accents to see if you can still obtain all the information, like a real scenario.

What I Did Today!

Today we practiced using the 3CX phone system. It was nice to loosen up and follow a script because I have been very nervous in the past when answering phones. We also reviewed taking down important information from voicemails in order to deliver accurate messages.

What I Did Today

Today I reviewed the independent challenge assignment from yesterday with Jose. We went over some of the challenges that I had with the assignment. We also got a chance to role-play with the phone script and take turns being the caller and the employee. At the end of the day, we listened to voicemail messages and practiced writing down what we heard.

What I Did Today

Today I was able to post three more job listings. I hope one of our people can take advantage of them. I got onto the graduation project. I was trying to contact Fairmont in Boyes but was unable to connect. Sterling Vineyards took a message though and I hope we can get a response.
