They are looking for someone to handle tasks which include consistent lifting, moving, and walking, customer care with a friendly attitude, flexibility in handling customer demands in a high-volume environment, adhering to safety procedure guidelines, taking direction from supervisor, maintaining logs, and reporting documentation, participating in cross-training, handling time-sensitive material, providing backfill, entering data, and sorting and delivering mail. They are looking for someone with customer service experience who has great people skills and patience, has keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferably), written and verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, willingness to work additional hours as needed, willingness to submit to drug screening and background check, ability to work independently and as a team, and an ability to meet attendance policy. The pay rate is $21 / hr.

Today I searched Indeed for jobs to post on CTP and posted some decent jobs. I worked on the EFG list for the rest of the day, mostly confirming what is left to research for some counties.

Today we first did an assignment on the CX3 phone system. Then we worked on the Independent Challenge. And I watched a video on customer service.

Today began with practice typing. We did some phone exercises on 3CX. We did the independent challenge. I completed most of it.

Today, we worked on another independent challenge. The formulas for the sheets part was a little more difficult for me, but I did manage to figure it out. We also worked with 3CX Communications, which allowed us to practice answering the phone professionally.
