What I did today?

Today, I worked on my interview questions. I’m almost complete with them. I need to practice answering them. Also, I worked on uploading my job log. I was able to complete a great number of documents for my job log. Thank you, Carrie, for your assistance in getting my resume, cover letter, and accommodations letter completed. Lastly, we had fun playing a game, Jeopardy. That was a great way to end the week.

What I did today, 6/26

Started the day by watching a video about job searching and all the different websites out there to help one search for a job. Then we talked about the video a little and then had time to look at a full list of different websites and take a look at them. Then we worked on a LinkedIn profile and/or other things. Then we played a game about job interviews. Then, at the end of the day did our “what I did today” post and the self-assessment thing.

What did I do today

I started the day by clocking in with Homebase. Then I talked about the tech article. Then I took a break. After the break, we practiced some customer service upset scenarios. Then I took another break and then continued. At the end of the day, I clocked out of Homebase and did the “What did I do today” post.

What I did today?

This week was all about customer service. We had online and one-on-one sessions about customer service. We did some very absurd scenarios that were a lot of fun! Customer service can be hard, especially if a person is really upset. You have to really remain calm with the customer and make sure that they are heard. Most of the time, all that a customer really wants is to have you understand.

Also, at the beginning of class, Mike spoke about our portfolio. I can’t believe that next week starts the last month of ProCTP class. Time flies by when you’re having fun!
