They are looking for someone with proven experience in customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, experience with outbound calling, excellent organization skills and attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The pay rate ranges from $23.50 – $28.00 / hr.

In this position, you will be asked to answer incoming calls, process and maintain customer orders, cover sales representatives, respond to inquiries from customers, communicate with sales staff, copy invoices, refer customers, and perform data entry. They are looking for someone who preferably has experience in food service, is proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can prioritize and multitask in high-pressure situations, and can sit and concentrate for long periods of time. The pay rate ranges from $20 – $24 / hr.
