Today I found three job listings to post on the front page. Afterward, I picked back up on the B-Corp project. The latter assignment is going moderately well, albeit with the companies I judge to be suitable mostly being on the spreadsheet at this point in time.

What I did today…
To do Friday. Hummm, I think I was a bit tired of being so focused on myself and how to build myself up to be worthy of a career. Some days it’s hard for me to be positive and sell myself to others. We worked on resumes, cover letters, accommodation letters, and how to do follow-ups to a job interview; via email and voicemail.
With that said, it is still good practice to perfect these skills and develop a positive mental attitude; especially when I don’t feel like it. On that note; have a relaxing and fun evening, free to ‘be’ Friday…

Today, we began by dedicating the first hour to listening to a presentation on job application follow-up. Following that, we engaged in practicing the art of sending follow-up emails and voicemails. In the second hour, we participated in a professional documents lab, focusing on refining our resumes. Lastly, for the final hour we conducted a group Q and A session.

Today, I practiced doing a follow-up email and a follow-up voicemail. I also worked on updating my professional documents, Indeed profile, and LinkedIn profile. On my Indeed profile, I updated the resume, about me section, education, experience, and more. Later, I practiced my interview questions and answers to gain more practice.
