What I Did Today

Posted 3 job listings on WordPress today. I got a bit tangled up with moving information from one site to another. The different search engines use different formats and it takes a little longer. On the positive side, I have noticed quite a few similarities between these sites. So…….I finished my postings a little bit earlier today and was able to spend the rest of my time practicing my touch typing skills which are sorely lacking.

What I did today

Today I finally got to meet up with my teacher, and we got a good deal of the Week 1 stuff done. Specifically, we got my Google Chrome work profile set up with proper links and extensions, as well as went over the expectations of my workflow in the course.

After that, we got my account set up on osTicket, where I was given a brief overview of the site and the process of ticket handling.

What I Did Today.

My job Listings Today included a more diverse set of opportunities. Job listings were through Monster.com and Zip Recruiter.com. I am improving my navigation skills slowly but surely.

This skill will be invaluable to me when I start my job search. Tomorrow I will be working on picking up my speed skills and publishing job posts in a more timely manner.

CSR – Customer Support Representative
