What I Did Today

Today I began by finding and posting 3 job listings to CTP’s skill center page for graduates. I then switched to looking for CTP alumni profiles on LinkedIn, but didn’t have any luck as I went down the list of alumni, approaching the early days of CTP. Next I switched to research into rehabilitation centers which could be suitable partners for CTP to reach out to, and added them to the list. I primarily used the SCI directory and continued down the list systematically, although I had a suggested for how to improve workflow, which I may discuss with Carrie tomorrow. Going into the next hour, a program participant joined the breakout room with me on Zoom for a quiet study hour, during which I gave regular updates, and we were both able to be productive and get a lot done. We will be continuing this again on Monday. Finally, I switched to researching companies who have committed to DEI initiatives in light of new laws. I added companies from the watch list yesterday, and today I double-checked ones that had errors, and began adding contact links. I will look forward to my check-in tomorrow as there will be a few things to discuss.
