Today, I completed online training on sexual harassment and earned the certification. We further polished our resumes and concluded the class with mock Q&A interview practice.
Hello. Today our class completed the California Sexual Harassment Training. I worked a bit on my resume and the class answered interview questions. This class has challenged me in ways I didn’t know I needed improvement. Thank you for all of the assistance you have given me. I went over my resume. Used Chat GPT to help with the wording to make it more professional. We watched a video about sexual harassment and got a certificate for it. Still needed to work on my interview questions and know what would be the best responses to answer.
Today we did a Sexual Harassment Training Course during class and then we practiced interview questions…. It was sad to hear of some people being accused of harassment or sexual harassment for being kind…. It’s a serious issue, but it can be a double-edged sword….. I guess it comes down to standing up for yourself, and like Carrie said, protecting your employment…..
Today I took a e course on sexual harassment prevention. I thought it was easy but that’s only because I’ve already done it a couple times for professional requirements at my place of employment. I considered it a refresher course. I feel like its necessary to revisit learned material from time to time to keep in place. I also went over some mock interview questions toward the end.
Today we went through a sexual harassment workplace training lecture. I found it very validating to hear all the legal rights and protections I have as an employee, and even learned some new specifics. We had a chance to discuss gray areas in class afterward. Then we worked on interview questions, and I had to improvise an answer about my biggest pet peeves. After giving my answer, I added it to my Q&A document for future reference, and so that I can practice it more.

Today I worked on the Sexual harassment assignment. I watched Several videos and answered questions regarding the videos that I watched. There were questions after each section. We also practiced mock interviews.
Today we went over California’s sexual harassment training for the first part of the day, we then worked on our professional documents, and lastly we did some rapid-fire interview questions to close out the day.
