What I Did Today

Today I started off with some job postings, followed by some practice with the Salesforce CRM tutorial. Then, after a meeting with Carrie, I did some research for the graduation donation project, specifically about natural parks. I really hope I’m able to include them in the graduation gift list, I LOVE Muir Woods and the thought of being able to send one of our graduates there is super motivating!

What I Did Today!

Today we did more work with 3CX and also responding to various customer feedbacks and questions. I utilized both ChatGPT and CoPilot to assist writing responses, it was good practice to both come up with responses to customer feedback and use available tools to refine my responses.

What I did today

I added more entries to the Job Postings List. I applied to two more positions. I worked on Trailhead tutorial. I added additional entries to the Graduation project and sent out accompanying letters. I met with Carrie for 15 min. to review my resume and pending projects. I began implementing the changes to my resume suggested by Carrie. I calculated my remaining AWEX hours and submitted to Carrie.
