Today was a little challenging. I worked on CRM and it was complicated. I was challenged when trying to follow directions. I got some help from Mark, He was very patient with me. I would like to become a professional in that area. It was awesome. Today was a good day.

I posted jobs on the CTP job board to assist clients with their job search. I posted a few CSR positions in the Bay Area in hopes someone will find their dream position.

Today we worked on a new Remote Connectivity project. I did the prelab, summary of the lab ticketing, and made sure that my windows vm was bridged.

What I Did Today
Today I started a new lab project on remote connectivity. While I was looking up the terms for my ticket I recognized the full names of some of the abbreviated terms, and what they meant without looking them up.
What I did today
I worked remote connection worksheet. Started VM and in VB downloaded Team Viewer to a machine not at my location. Connected two machines with one machine 50 miles away. All and all a productive day.

Today we worked on this week’s lab which is about Remote Connectivity. I did my first pre-lab assignment by making a ticket in osTicket. Then I learned how to set up a Windows 10 Virtual Machine to prepare for the lab. I also worked on my SkillSoft courses in the downtime. I am very interested in the remote connectivity lab because using this technology seems to be central in a lot of tech support jobs and I hope to get familiarity with the different software options available.

I started today by posting some jobs for the students. After that, I intended to work on the Emergency Food & Grocery project but didn’t have access, a problem that Marc very kindly helped rectify. I’m very excited to be working on this project, I really hope the resources I’m researching are a help to CTP’s students, and anyone else who is struggling with food prices.
