What I did today…

Hello and welcome Wednesday. Today we practiced our touch typing for the first 15 minutes of class. Then we jumped into reviewing and practicing our skills using the 3CX phone system. We organized calls in teams of two initially, then progressed to teams of three. Coordination on roles was left to us, with each member taking turns. This exercise served as practice for improving our customer service and phone etiquette skills. Realized today is Wednesday, and tomorrow is Thursday; I need to do my accountability assignment due by tomorrow’s class; regarding Remote Customer Service.

I’m intrigued by the upcoming ‘Core Celebration.’ We’ve been informed that it’s scheduled for tomorrow, and I’m eager to witness and participate in this event to understand its significance. Good evening and good day for now…

What I Did Today

Today we did phone script roleplay with 3CX. I finished partway and volunteered out because of odd group size since I feel confident in my phone skills. I spent the last hour of class working on Skillsoft study.

What I Did Today

Today I started by posting some jobs online, and then I transitioned to the B-Corp project. Frankly I struggled with that project a great deal today, I don’t want to add useless entries to it and create more work for other people, so I only found one new business to add. While I’m proud of the work I did on it, I’m glad I’ll be able to transition to a new project next week.

What I did today

I added additional entries to the Job Postings page. I applied for two positions as well. I calculated my remaining AWEX hours and I met with Carrie to discuss my final AWEX hours (when my last day will be) for approximately 15 min. I completed more work on the CRA project.
