What I Did Today

Today I resumed my usual routine of searching for three job listings. Once that was completed, I moved on to work on the Social Media project. Presently, I’m just looking around, though I hope to find some noteworthy articles/posts in due time.

What I did today…

Happy Friday. Today we received our results regarding the mock interviews we did. Overall, I was pleased to see that I’ve improved. I did feel a little more confident in our 2nd go-round practice of interviewing. Practice helps. Then we watched a video on sexual harassment. We concluded by discussing and working on our interview questions to keep processing how to answer more effectively and confidently. Always good to learn and keep growing. Have a Good Friday and Happy Easter!

What I Did Today

Today we completed a Sexual Harassment Prevention course, which I have done four times throughout my life. It seems completely ridiculous to me that this is necessary but I guess we just cant expect people to always behave themselves in a professional setting. After we did our document work we practiced more interviewing, and it was good to focus on more difficult questions such as “what did you like least about your last job?”. That is hard for me to answer appropriately because there was a lot to dislike about working in construction.
