What I Did Today

Today I posted more job listings to the CTP site, and I was able to find and post four jobs in an hour so either I got lucky or my searching skills are improving! After that I continued research for the Emergency Food document, expanding out from the bay area to cover more surrounding counties. Lastly I tested a few more potential alternatives to Grammarly and wrote out my feedback for each one. Grammarly definitely seems to be the biggest fish in the pond of spellcheck extensions but a I did find a couple good tools even if they don’t replace Grammarly.

Hello. Today our class reviewed the Accountability Assignment. It was an interesting discussion. We also reviewed how to set up Hometabs. After that, I finished working on my Company / Job Research project. I then e-mailed my impression of how working on my elective went. Overall it seemed like a good day.

What I Did Today

Today I did my first tech article presentation for CTT to talk about overlap between my hobbies and the class learning material. Next we worked on our remote connectivity lab and I had to troubleshoot issues with getting different Remote Connectivity software and in particular talking through my issues with Chrome Remote Desktop on the Windows Virtual Machine I was connecting to. I’m interested in the future labs and picking a new tech article for next week.
