Today we practiced signing people up for appointments and selling items from the online store. Fun day today!

Today we set appointments and sent out emails to confirm mock appointments that we set up for our classmates. Dismissed from class early to prepare for the graduation tomorrow.
What I did Today!
Today I got to send out appointment reminders. I also got to schedule a classmate for another appointment. I got to practice on my customer service skills with online ordering.
What I did today
Today I continued with the lab of creating the virtual machine and setting up the windows. I did a System name change and I had to restart the computer for the change to take effect. I need to check the Device Manager for any driver issues.

Shared a tech article, worked further on the Other Drive Imaging lab, and met with Devon and Carrie for the monthly check-in.
What I did today.
Today, I presented my tech article on quantum defects that could revolutionize high-density optical memory for data storage. Following that, I participated in a lab session in the advanced lab on drive imaging, exploring various imaging options. I also submitted a ticket in OSTicket to include links to user manuals and step-by-step videos.
What I did today.
I had a blast doing POW skits with Amani, so much fun figuring out the windows, lol. Its graduation eve, yee hee ha. I can’t wait until tomorrow. God bless everyone on the CTP journey.
