Today I started with some job postings for the students, and then moved on to the Emergency Food & Grocery project. I researched and added the information for Shasta County, home of Redding, and I have info for a few more northern counties ready to be added tomorrow. A great day!

I have Some challenges with my knowledge of Docs and Sheets. Today I know more about Sheets than yesterday. Also, we wrote responses about customers’ complaint issues to assist customers.

I learned that I need to pay closer attention to details. I did learn a little more about spread sheets. Still have to practice more on it.

Today we worked on customer service email responses, which used fictitious examples of customers with feedback or complaints and we were expected to respond professionally on behalf of BerkMart. It was good practice for me understanding how to address customer complaints in text and learning what words I should use. Then we reviewed the challenge we worked on yesterday. I am looking forward to more practice with customer service.

Today, we did responses to customer feedback questions and went over our Independent Challenge grades and the actual Independent Challenge doc and sheet. I am having intermittent internet service issues and I’m going to have to check in with my internet service provider in the morning…. Rebooting my router did not improve my connection…

Today was so much fun to just go over the independent challenge and just see what i did was amazing .

Today, we went over the results of our Independent task from yesterday. I got an A.

We also did an assignment today on BerkMart customer service response letters. I think I did a good job with those.

Today I reviewed the challenge from Tuesday and worked on a customer service document on how to assist customers in various ways.
