Today, we reviewed how to use the 3CX Phone System. Later, we practiced using the 3CX Phone System in several scenarios. During one of the scenarios, we had to use the hold button to check if a product was in stock. I also did my voice-over for my Core Training Portfolio.

I started by posting some amazing job opportunity for the CTP clients helping with their job search. I posted a few remote/work-from-home job opportunities in CSR position. And a few amazing job positions as well.

Today I worked on my typing skills and my score was ok. But after that, we jumped into are phone skills which was pretty fun .

Today in class, we learned the 3CX phone system and did phone scripts to handle incoming business calls and use the features of the phone. It felt like a low-tech day compared to the remote connection work we’ve been doing…. I’m not sure where this class is going sometimes [or where I’m going…]. It’s good though. It’s all good.
