This position requires resolving customer concerns promptly, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding visual and quality standards within the store. Customer Service Specialists aim to deliver outstanding service while achieving store sales targets. The role involves direct interaction with customers—including minors—and access to sensitive materials, necessitating a criminal background check to ensure the safety and integrity of the company’s operations and community.
Full time, with evenings and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $20 an hour.
