What I Did Today

Today I started out with some job postings for the students, and then I did a group meeting with Carrie. Always nice to get feedback 🙂 After that I worked on the ERG Outreach project, where I contacted another good chunk of the spreadsheet. After struggling with this project for a while, I really feel like I have it down now! Feels good!

What I did today.

Today, we began by presenting technology articles in CTT. Next, we practiced responding to customer inquiries in writing. This was helpful in learning how to address customer concerns without upsetting or ignoring them. We then celebrated my graduation from CTT as we prepare to move on to SJS.

What I Did Today

Today I researched multiple jobs and posted them on CTP job listings. I discovered that I need to be more thorough with posting so that my communication is detailed and clear. I was given a new assignment and understood the task, but I haven’t added anything yet. One company I researched didn’t have a contact email even though I own an account.
